Custom design orders just like all other products are property of Beverly Keys. All custom creations are originals of Beverly Keys and may not be used for commercial use. All sketches created by the designer will be used for the client originally intended for. If you choose not to continue the design process all sketches and or samples created are property of the designer and may not be created, duplicated replicated by any other person unless an agreement has been made and you have received a formal approval.
