Ordering the right size:
If you are unsure of your size, measure your
bust, waist and hips using a measuring tape and enter your measurements into the comment section when checking out to insure a proper fit. Local clients may schedule a fitting to have their measurements taken for a custom fit.
How long is the custom design process?
The design process can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on the client's needs. The process includes: sketches designed with each client's personal style and preference in mind, fabric selection, personalized fitting for local client's, garment construction and alterations if needed. Please see our shipping policy for more information on processing times
How much are custom designs?
Non formal designs start at $150 and go up based on fabric selection and overall complexity of the design. The starting price doesn't include the cost of fabric or materials needed. Finished non formal garments can range from $200- $300 or more. Formal gowns start at $250, finished garments can range from $365-$400 or more. Submit your request for an accurate estimate
How to pay for my custom order?
Unlike the items in our shop, custom orders can not be purchased on our website and cannot be added to your shopping cart. Custom orders are paid via invoice, half of your total will be required to get started and the balance will be due upon completion. Deposits are non refundable once construction starts.
Are custom items eligible for return?
All sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned see our full return policy for for information
What if my custom order doesn't fit?
All custom orders are made based on the individuals measurements, alteration services are available free of charge to resolve any fitting issues.
